Agora, estão saindo as primeiras faixas desse tributo. Saiu a versão do The National para “Morning Dew”, do War On Drugs para “Touch of Grey”, da Courtney Barnett para “New Speedway Boogie”, da Jenny Lewis e Phosphorescent para “Sugaree”, e do Bruce Hornsby e DeYarmond Edison para “Black Muddy River”.

Day Of the Dead será lançado no dia 10 de julho em vinil e também em um box com 5 CDs. Todos os lucros do projeto serão destinados a Red Hot Organization, uma entidade que luta contra a AIDS.
